The role partners with People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Benefits, and Technology to ensure accurate, compliant payroll services and effective vendor management.

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in payroll regulations, governance controls, and experience with AI-driven process improvements to enhance accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across APAC and EMEA.
• Experience with payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
