• Investment management firm serving individuals, financial advisers, pension funds, and large institutions.
• Global organisation operating in over 20 markets across EMEA, APAC, and the US.

Requirements:

• Operational process improvement and optimisation experience (systems knowledge not required).
• Strong report generation skills and ability to act as the APAC escalation point.
• Willingness to step into the Head of Global Payroll role when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations to ensure timely regional pay dates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure effective processes, governance, and design.
• Monitor payroll data standards, KPIs, and SLAs; drive improvements globally and locally.
• Contribute to developing controls and risk management frameworks for payroll processes.
