I am working with a globally established non-profit organization that has created a new role overseeing the EMEA and APAC regions. This role also involves working on a global project to implement a new payroll provider.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee payroll operations for 13 countries across EMEA and APAC.
2. Process UK payrolls using Workday.
3. Collaborate closely with the new payroll provider to ensure a smooth implementation.
4. Ensure all taxes are correctly calculated and updated by the payroll provider.
5. Support payroll providers to meet SLA requirements.
6. Must have experience processing UK payroll using Workday.
7. Global payroll experience is essential.
