Job Description

Payroll and People Lead (Global) FTC

  • Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Internal collaborations - HR, Finance, Legal etc.
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports for senior management, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage payroll-related queries from employees across multiple regions.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and payments.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll systems.

The Successful Applicant

Payroll and People Lead (Global) FTC

  • Immediately available or available on short notice!
  • Happy for an initial fixed term contract (minimum 6 months)
  • Implementation experience - both payroll and HRIS platforms
  • Proven experience in managing international payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in using multiple payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving payroll-related issues.
