The Voleon Group is hiring a Global People & Workplace Specialist to support payroll, benefits, and workplace experience for the UK team. You will collaborate with People Operations and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and a smooth workplace experience.

Based in London with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office), you will lead end-to-end payroll operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements to scale with the company’s growth

Competenze

• 2+ years in payroll, benefits, People Operations, or related HR operations with hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience supporting UK payroll and/or benefits with knowledge of local requirements and processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, statutory benefits, pension requirements, and UK regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Clear communication to explain payroll, benefits, and HR information to employees.
• Experience managing external vendors and coordinating with internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Experience supporting workplace operations, events, or vendor programs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations using Workday and Deel, including international payroll, timesheets, leave admin, and pension remittances.
• Develop, maintain, and improve payroll, benefits, HR, and workplace processes for accuracy and scale.
• Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, pension, Cycle to Work, etc.).
• Lead annual benefits initiatives, renewals, and vendor evaluations with a focus on employee engagement.
• Audit payroll, benefits, HR data, invoices, and related programs to identify discrepancies.
• Process lifecycle changes of employees (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Validate tax withholdings, benefit elections, direct deposits, and payroll updates.
• Review and approve payroll, benefits, and workplace invoices/expenses.
• Source, onboard, and manage payroll/benefits/workplace vendors and programs.
• Oversee daily workplace operations and maintain organized, scalable spaces.
• Plan and manage employee events and workplace initiatives to boost engagement.
• Lead facilities projects and responsible for office improvements and maintenance.
• Monitor office space utilization and maintain scalable workplace inventory.
• Serve as on-site resource for employees on payroll, benefits, and workplace questions.
