Job summary

Broadgate in Belfast is seeking a payroll professional to advance into international payroll with exposure to global clients across multiple countries. You will be supported to develop technical knowledge, learn new payroll systems and take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

You’ll help deliver international payrolls, implement new payrolls, investigate queries and maintain payroll processes while working with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll or operational experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Curious and proactive to build a career in global payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of international payrolls, help implement new payrolls, investigate and resolve queries, maintain payroll processes and documentation, and work closely with both clients and internal teams.
• Support junior colleagues as you develop your own expertise.
