Broadgate is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst in London with a hybrid working pattern. The role offers exposure to international payrolls across multiple countries and a chance to develop payroll systems and client-facing experience.

You will support the delivery of international payrolls, help implement new payrolls, investigate queries, and maintain payroll documentation while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll support the delivery of international payrolls, help implement new payrolls, investigate and resolve queries, maintain payroll processes and documentation, and work closely with both clients and internal teams.
• You’ll also have the opportunity to support junior colleagues as you develop your own expertise.

What we’re looking for

• You’ll ideally have previous payroll or operational experience, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills.
