Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• Technical fluency for high-scale, mission-critical systems discussions.
• Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical rigour with a data-driven mindset.
• Bias for action with grit, persistence and ownership.
• Collaborative mindset in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end merchant experience from onboarding through lifecycle.
• Optimize global payment flows to improve settlement speed and accuracy.
• Strengthen infrastructure for reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
• Deploy AI-native capabilities to automate workflows and provide real-time insights.
