Job summary

Convera is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Network Development & Oversight to support the evolution of our international payments infrastructure. This role will contribute to strategy across banking partnerships, payment rails, routing optimization, pricing analytics, and governance.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Payments, Treasury, Banking, Fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of global payment rails and infrastructure (SWIFT, ACH, RTP/Faster Payments, Cards, Wallets).
• Experience with global banks, PSPs, payment schemes, or fintech providers in multi-region environments.
• Ability to translate complex operational insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting pricing analysis or cost optimization initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of the global payments network strategy across rails and currencies.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners, PSPs, payment schemes, and fintech providers.
• Assist with pricing, service levels, and operational performance discussions.
• Monitor partner KPIs, SLAs, and governance controls across the network.
• Produce reporting and analytics on payment volumes, routing performance, and network utilization.
• Support regulatory, AML, and compliance considerations across jurisdictions.
