Job summary

Referment is seeking a senior product leader to own and deliver the payments and FX roadmap globally, partnering with senior leaders to prioritise high-value commercial opportunities. You will shape client-focused propositions and drive growth through cross-border capabilities, AI-enabled enhancements and transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong experience in regulated financial services, proven roadmapping and commercialisation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in financial services, fintech, payments, FX or comparable environment.
• Proven track record leading payments, FX or financial-markets product strategy, roadmap development and commercialisation.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX products, client propositions, market infrastructure and regulatory expectations.
• Experience turning client, market and sales requirements into scalable, commercially viable propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the payments and FX product roadmap in partnership with senior payments and sales leaders.
• Represent global sales and client requirements and translate them into differentiated, scalable propositions.
• Lead AI adoption across the front office to lift productivity and revenue across sales, trading and treasury.
• Establish product governance, prioritisation and commercialisation disciplines with pace and accountability.
• Track global payments and FX trends and turn developments into product opportunities.
