Citi is seeking an Engineering-minded professional to join its Production Application Support team in Belfast. You will monitor, diagnose, and manage production environments, participate in releases, and drive improvements that ensure high stability for Citi's global payments network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Application Support role with production ownership.
• Experience installing, configuring and supporting business apps and their environments.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & maintain start-of-day checks and regional handovers.
• Resolve and escalate production incidents with timely risk assessment.
• Participate in application releases from development to production.
• Identify improvements to maximise stability and efficiency.
• Perform same-day risk reconciliations and address vulnerabilities.
• Coach and collaborate with senior stakeholders and junior analysts.
