Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of large-scale reconciliations.
• Experience with finance-based systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience managing and reporting on large volumes of data.
• High level of analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy first time.
• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in changing priorities.
• Able to manage multiple queries and resolve them.
• Motivated to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily reconciliations, investigations and journal postings.
• Support supervisors and managers with timely completion of cash reconciliations and strategy.
• Assist with projects, process improvements, testing new work streams and month-end tasks.
• Reconciliation/ Verify Global Payments accounts/ statements in accordance with Reconciliation policy.
• Accurate completion of account reconciliations and journal postings.
• Investigation and reporting of erroneous entries and rejected payments/ transactions.
• Acquire specialist knowledge to provide accurate advice to internal and external sources.
• Prioritise workload effectively throughout the day to ensure SLAs are met.
• Work as part of the team to ensure daily objectives are met.
• Continually look for ways of improving processes and deliver efficiencies.
