Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios Distribution is seeking a Digital Partner Engagement Manager to drive revenue growth across transactional content with European platform partners. You will lead launches, promotions, and on‑platform campaigns to optimise windows post‑theatrical release.

The role requires managing relationships, collaborating with data teams, and delivering performance recaps across Theatrical and TVOD/EST platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
Experience in partner engagement / account management / customer marketing within entertainment.
Proven track record working with European TVOD/EST platforms.
Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and models.

Responsibilities

Lead relationships with European 1P and 3P platform partners' marketing and editorial teams.
Pitch and execute new title launches and promotional campaigns to optimize home entertainment windows.
Maximise partner storefront presence for new releases.
Execute cross-functional marketing strategies and tactics across all transactional windows.
Manage periodic business reviews and post-release analysis.
