Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Creator Operations & Strategy Manager to own the end-to-end Creator Marketing operations and agency management while shaping the strategy for creators across Prime Video. You will translate tactical execution into scalable programs and collaborate with partners to drive metrics, efficiency and growth.

This role requires data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and deep experience in creator marketing within the entertainment space.

Qualifications

• Marketing, data-driven decision making, and program management experience.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns.
• Experience working with creators and talent in entertainment or media.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Creator Marketing operations and agency management.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Establish scalable creator marketing programs across locales.
• Review processes for Creator marketing and implement AI solutions.
• Drive strategic projects with stakeholders and adoption plans.
• Plan capacity by analysing resource utilization and forecasting needs.
• Track, analyse and report results with standardized regional reporting.
• Unblock issues and manage escalations to meet delivery timelines.
