Job summary

AFC Bournemouth is seeking a Global Partner Activation Manager for our commercial team at the Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth. You will manage and grow sponsor relationships, support contract renewals and upsells, and help drive commercial revenue across a varied partner portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Global Partner Activation, you will coordinate activations, work with multiple departments, and attend events to deliver assets and KPI targets while developing opportunities for new business.

Qualifications

• Degree level education preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Business-to-business sales and account management experience.
• Leadership and people management capability.
• Exceptional communication, both on the phone and face-to-face.
• Able to work well in a dynamic team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activation and ensure sponsorship elements are fulfilled for assigned partners.
• Lead activations documents shared with internal departments outlining expectations.
• Hold meetings with department heads to ensure assets are executed on time.
• Activate and build client relationships on matchdays and events.
• Attend non-matchday events to manage partner activation and involvement.
• Liaise with stadium operations for sponsorship topics.
• Produce Salesforce reports to monitor assets delivery.
• Present inventory and data insights for partner accounts at season milestones.
• Drive strategic plan development for renewals and upsells.
