Job summary

Millennium is seeking a maternity cover within the Legal Department to support the global hedge fund’s legal governance and regulatory work. The role spans contract negotiation, execution and lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions, with close collaboration across the business.

You will review and draft NDAs, support due diligence, data protection matters in Asian jurisdictions, and help manage cross-border projects within a dynamic, collegial team on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of the contract life-cycle, including initial review, negotiation and execution.
• Provide support on various data protection issues in Asian jurisdictions.
• Support broader, inter-jurisdictional projects and assist in project management.
• Review and draft NDAs.
• Provide support on due diligence reviews.
