REFY Beauty is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead our PPC and paid social strategy across the UK, US, Europe and ME. You will manage two agency partners while steering an in-house team to optimize campaigns and hit commercial targets.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in paid media, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and smart bidding, and the ability to translate insights into growth across multiple markets.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in a paid media role with hands-on PPC and paid social experience.
• Experience managing agency partners and in-house teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to measure performance against targets.

Responsabilidades

• Ownership of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest with budget optimization and performance targets.
• Oversee PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate and Display, aligning with overall strategy and performance goals.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance to extract insights and recommendations.
• Scale US strategy alongside UK, EU & ME with localised creative and targeting strategies.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative to generate new ideas for Paid Social campaigns.
• Maintain consistent messaging across customer touchpoints with Marketing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform advancements to improve paid media approach.
