You will support the Senior Paid Media Manager with day-to-day campaign execution, focusing on trafficking, asset deployment, localisation, and cross-market coordination across multiple countries. The role requires strong organisational skills, 5+ years in paid media operations, and experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok Ads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid media operations, preferably in beauty or fashion.
• Hands-on experience managing creative workflows, trafficking, localisation, and agency coordination.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads is essential.
• Strong project management and communication skills in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Draft creative briefs to Global Creative team aligned with campaign goals.
• Oversee end-to-end creative workflow to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage delivery of campaign assets to media agency for BAU, Big Bet and Disruption campaigns.
• Coordinate asset specs, formats and usage rights for each market and channel.
• Traffick ads with agencies, monitor timelines and resolve blockers quickly.
• Localise paid creative assets for international markets and manage translations.
