Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Paid Media Executive to join the Europe Marketing team. You will manage and optimise campaigns across the dynamic EU channel landscape, focusing on retailer-linked and brand-led national campaigns.

You will collaborate with retailer media teams, media agencies, and Global teams to drive awareness, consideration and conversion while reporting on performance and driving budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• Some paid media experience in agency or in-house.
• Strong metrics understanding: ROAS, CPA, CTR.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Data-led with creative balance.

Responsibilities

• Support EU paid media strategy to drive awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Collaborate with Media agency/Retailer Media to optimize campaigns against KPIs.
• Brief best-in-class assets with Global teams; manage translations of assets.
• Contribute to regular paid media campaign reporting and insights.
• Assist in budget management and optimisations across platforms.
• Analyse creative performance and feed insights to Creative teams.
