Job summary

eFinancialCareers Ltd. seeks a SVP, Head of Property & Casualty Pricing to lead the pricing, portfolio analytics and planning for COG across regions. The role reports to the Chief Actuary and collaborates with senior stakeholders in Home Office and regional teams.

The candidate will own the pricing framework, drive improvements in data and methodology, and oversee actuarial reviews, with accountability for performance metrics and business planning.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Actuary.
• Senior P&C professional with leadership experience and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in reserving and pricing; exposure to London and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Actuarial Portfolio Reviews: own the process and deliver findings for Business Reviews coordinating with Home Office and regional leads.
• Pricing/Rating: ensure robust processes and calibrate rating factors and actuarial assumptions.
• Planning: analyze regional submissions and ensure alignment with portfolio and reserve reviews.
• Reporting: develop actuarial and management information tools and reports for portfolio monitoring.
• Reservng: support regional reserve analysis and communicate findings to leadership.
• Projects: lead or support data and actuarial projects across teams.
