Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. in London seeks an experienced COG Actuarial Insights and Projects Lead to drive actuarial reporting, pricing projects and data quality initiatives.

You will turn data into clear insights, manage the COG MI Manager and Actuarial Analyst, and partner with pricing, analytics, reserving and underwriting teams to deliver senior-level recommendations. The role reports to the Head of Pricing for Property and Casualty and requires strong leadership, complex-project delivery,

Qualifications

• Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or equivalent required.
• 5+ years pricing experience in property and casualty (P&C).
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience delivering complex projects with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Python desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of actuarial reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Improve reporting processes, controls and data quality.
• Drive pricing, modelling, reporting, and analytics data initiatives.
• Support adoption of new technologies and data platforms.
• Lead pricing modernisation projects and promote best practice.
• Partner with analytics, planning, reserving, CAT modelling, and underwriting teams.
• Manage and develop the COG MI Manager and Actuarial Analyst.
• Support development of junior actuaries and knowledge sharing.
