Job summary

WD-40 Company (UK) is looking for an OTC Process Designer to lead the design of critical Order-to-Cash processes within a new ERP platform. You'll ensure the processes scale globally and work closely with an Implementation Specialist.

This hybrid role required UK work authorization and involves key responsibilities such as leading workshops, enhancing processes, and providing training. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on OTC experience – sales order management, trade agreements, pricing.
• Experience with ERP implementation including requirements gathering and process design.
• Understanding complex commercial pricing structures and their alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Map current-state OTC processes and design scalable future-state processes.
• Create training materials and support users during go-live.
