Howden is offering a 10-week FLG Operations Summer Internship in London for penultimate-year students from any degree background. You will support client onboarding, insurance documentation and premium processing across Financial Institutions, Cyber and D&O. No prior insurance experience needed; training provided.

A direct pathway to Autumn 2028 graduate opportunities is offered. The programme uses Power BI dashboards, Excel and Microsoft Apps, and includes travel to an assessment day as part of

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Penultimate year student in any degree, with a 2:1 or above.
• Strong communication and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, prepare insurance documentation and help process premiums.
• Work with brokers across Financial Institutions, Cyber, and Directors & Officers insurance.
• Learn how Lloyd's and company markets operate and use internal systems.
