Macquarie Group in London is seeking a senior risk professional to shape and strengthen operational risk across Macquarie Capital in EMEA and beyond. You will lead independent risk oversight, challenge senior stakeholders and help embed a robust risk culture.

Reporting to the Head of Macquarie Capital Operational Risk, you will develop the team, coordinate governance forums, and evolve risk frameworks to support sustainable growth while enabling smart, informed decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within financial services gained in risk or related functions with strong knowledge of operational risk principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent risk oversight and challenge to Macquarie Capital across EMEA and the Americas.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing risk team and collaborate with governance forums and senior leaders.
• Evolve risk frameworks, identify emerging risks and support informed decision‑making to protect the organisation.
