Job summary

EY is shaping its Onboarding Excellence (ONBE) initiative. The ONBE Lead will provide global functional governance, ensuring onboarding strategy and standards are deployed consistently, scalable and aligned with Talent priorities.

You will co-lead with the Global Onboarding Lead and influence regional teams to deliver measurable value. As a senior leader, you will champion end-to-end onboarding design, drive adoption, and manage risks across time zones while collaborating with Process,

Qualifications

• Experience partnering across process, technology, change and communications workstreams in complex projects.
• Ability to influence and drive decisions across a matrixed, global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with ability to tailor messages to audiences across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide global functional governance for the ONBE project, ensuring alignment with onboarding strategy, standards, processes, operating model and broader Talent priorities.
• Translate strategic direction into design principles and decision frameworks for timely delivery.
• Act as project functional co-lead and senior decision partner, consolidating input from regions into actionable recommendations.
• Validate solution designs for scalability, compliance and regional viability prior to deployment.
• Represent onboarding as a consolidated function voice within project leadership and governance bodies.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align global processes, tools and ways of working.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for onboarding risks, dependencies and adoption barriers.
• Champion simplification, consistency and operational excellence in onboarding transformation.
