Job summary

EY is seeking an ONBE Lead to shape onboarding globally, providing governance and leadership across regions. You will collaborate with the Onboarding Excellence project team, regional teams, and product owners to align processes, technology and experience with EY's Talent priorities.

The role emphasizes change leadership, KPI definition, and driving adoption of standardized onboarding experiences while allowing for local regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of global onboarding operating models and end‑to‑end processes.
• Proven ability to influence and partner across matrixed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for the ONBE project aligning with onboarding strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategy into design principles and decision frameworks for timely delivery and adoption.
• Act as functional co‑lead and senior decision partner consolidating input into actionable recommendations.
