Job summary

TEKsystems in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Data Analyst to support global standards and a centralized Salesforce CRM Centre of Excellence, enabling scalable data initiatives across UKI, Europe and beyond, migrating products to GMO framework.

You will work with stakeholders, define data definitions, use SQL and Python to extract and present insights, ensure data quality, and contribute to CRM and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing complex, multi-region data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis in SQL Server.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to define data definitions with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of subscription-based products and Salesforce exposure.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex data sets across regions to support GMO initiative.
• Define data definitions with stakeholders to align global needs.
• Identify SMEs and product owners to validate data requirements.
• Finalise subscription data concepts and ensure cross-region consistency.
• Prepare data for centralisation into GMO framework and Salesforce.
• Support Salesforce CRM Centre of Excellence for regional delivery.
• Assist migration from legacy systems to GMO framework via APIs.
• Provide data analysis and reporting on CRM usage and integrations.
• Collaborate with tech leads and architects to align data work with strategy.
• Use SQL, Python to extract, transform, and present data.
• Produce regular/ad hoc reports to guide decision-making.
• Ensure data quality across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Document data models and processes for global teams.
• Support shift to value-driven change with clear outcomes.
• Assist legacy systems teams in transitioning to GMO framework.
