Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large-scale technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum.
• Collaborate with customers and business teams to define feasible solutions and timelines.
• Coordinate with software engineers, quality, product managers to deliver products per regulatory and security policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks for project delivery.
• Manage change requests and communications with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor relations to ensure delivery against terms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive delivery outcomes and continuous learning.
