Job summary
Sysco is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support, maintain and improve a global network across offices, data centres, warehouses and cloud environments. Fluency in French (written and verbal) is essential.
Role offers hybrid work with 3 days per week at Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent, with strong self‑motivation and collaboration skills. The engineer will manage Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA firewalls, and support F5, Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM, delivering upgrades and projects
Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise network engineering with a track record of delivery.
- Hands-on with Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA/firewalls.
- Strong ability to implement security policies and network access controls.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support and improve global network infrastructure across offices and data centres.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, VLANs, routing protocols and high‑availability.
- Deliver network upgrades and infrastructure projects including relocations and openings.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to ensure security and compliance standards.
