About the job

A Big 4 firm in London is recruiting for a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join their Financial Service client-focused team.

Your responsibilities as a GMS Tax Senior Manager will include:

1. Lead on client engagements, which may include some non-FS clients.
2. Manage the day-to-day global coordination and UK tax compliance.
3. Deliver cross-border advisory work including:

• Tax, social security, process, policy, and efficiencies, and project manage advisory projects.
• Collaboration with Social Security, Employment Tax, GMS Technology, Reward, Immigration teams.

Provide UK tax technical analysis and advice to clients.

Carry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees.

Business development, networking, and onboarding of new clients.

Manage and coach junior staff.

Ideally, you will be ATT or CTA qualified and can demonstrate experience working as a Senior Manager in a Global Mobility Tax team. You do not need to have experience only with FS clients.

The team has a flexible working policy of 1-2 days per week in the office.
