Morgan McKinley is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Manager in Reading or Bristol. You will advise on cross-border working, remote assignments, and mobility strategy, collaborating with tax, technology, immigration and mobility administration experts.

You will manage client engagements, deliver UK tax advisory, train junior colleagues, and build strong client relationships while staying up to date with mobility and tax changes affecting assignments.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day to day running of client engagements in your portfolio (clients will vary in size and sector)
• Actively involved in delivering advice on all areas of cross border tax advisory such as Tax, Social Security, Policy and Process
• Working closely with the offshore team to deliver on assignee compliance
• Carry out arrival and departure briefings for Senior/VIP assignees
• Provide UK Tax technical advice to clients
• Ensure you're keeping your clients up to date on any global mobility and UK Tax changes
• Manage and coach junior colleagues
• Strengthen and build client and external relationships

The role:

As a Global Mobility Tax Manager, you'll advise on complex challenges, including future of work trends such as cross-border working, remote working and virtual assignments. You'll collaborate with experts in other divisions, such as tax, technology, immigration and mobility administration.
