What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality global mobility and employment tax advice to UK and international clients
• Draft advisory reports and support client meetings with the Tax Partners
• Manage and mentor junior staff and contribute to appraisals and professional development
• Oversee expatriate tax return processes and specialist payrolls
• Contribute actively to client pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and manage enquiry negotiations
• Bring commercial thinking to business development and internal efficiency initiatives

What You'll Bring

• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, social security, and payroll compliance
• Experience managing globally mobile employee tax planning
• Confident in handling direct client interaction and advisory delivery
• A proactive, collaborative, and commercially-minded approach
• Previous experience supervising or reviewing the work of others
• Ideally, experience working with both SME and multinational clients
