Job summary

KBR is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Manager to lead mobility tax services for its international workforce. The role partners with business leaders, HR, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver compliant, cost-effective mobility tax solutions.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, monitor international tax developments, and drive education programs for HR and people leaders. A strong tax background and global mobility experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility Tax across multiple jurisdictions for a multinational
• Strong client service orientation and ability to support business and HR teams
• Knowledge of US and UK tax regimes and expatriation tax matters

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of global mobility tax services for KBR’s international workforce
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Corporate Tax and external advisors on mobility tax solutions
• Develop compliant, cost-effective mobility tax programs and educate HR/community
• Monitor tax policy changes and advise on process improvement to remain compliant
