BDO UK is seeking an experienced tax professional to join our tax advisory practice. You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead delivery with Partners and Directors, and help expand our services across global mobility and employment tax.

The role involves advising FTSE and multinational clients with mobility considerations and ongoing regulatory changes. You will guide less experienced colleagues, participate in business development, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team in a

Competenze

• Educated to degree level in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• CTA and/or ACA qualification or equivalent are required.
• Demonstrable post-qualification experience leading tax engagements.
• Ability to lead projects and manage teams across Portfolio of clients.

Mansioni

• Act as key point of contact within the firm for clients alongside Partners.
• Lead portfolio delivery, manage billing and cash collection.
• Review work of junior staff and ensure quality control.
• Support Partners and Directors in client work and group management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand services with clients.
