The Background:

This award-winning accountancy firm (non-Big-4) is actively seeking a Global Mobility Tax Director to lead their growing team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients whilst ensuring high standards are maintained within operational teams.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering industry leading advisory services to individuals and international clients across all mobility tax compliance topics.

You'll lead the development of recommendations and implementation plans, making informed decisions in complex areas.

You'll drive innovation and deliver creative solutions to ensure clients attain their objectives.

You'll play an active role in contributing to attaining team goals and ensuring your team is managed and developed effectively.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in global mobility tax compliance coupled with strong leadership skills

Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience
