A well-established firm of chartered accountants in Bristol with an excellent reputation and ongoing growth. The firm serves a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, private equity professionals, family offices with international links, OMBs, professional practices, and other industry sectors. You will manage and mentor a team, expand the private client services, and take a leadership role. Clear progression opportunities are available.
As a Personal Tax Director, you will deliver personal tax and advisory services to a broad client base. A key focus will be leading, mentoring, and influencing your team, managing the private client department, and developing internal and external relationships to enhance the firm's private client offerings.
Ideal candidates will be experienced Senior Personal Tax Managers or existing Personal Tax Directors with proven leadership skills. Relevant qualifications include ACA, ACCA, CTA, STEP, or equivalent, with experience across personal tax specialisms. Backgrounds may include Top Tier, Mid Tier, or independent firms. You should be seeking a challenging role with clear career progression, potentially towards partnership.
