Job summary

Freshfields is evolving its Global Mobility function into a data-led strategic capability. This role is the operational lead for Global Mobility delivery across UK, EAME, MENA and Asia, with accountability for service delivery, workload management and operational performance.

It drives policy application, SLAs, workflow automation and robust reporting to enable a scalable delivery model and effective support for workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in professional services or legal environments.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume mobility workstreams.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance and compliance in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce capacity planning, workload forecasting and prioritisation for mobility volumes.
• Manage case allocation, workload and delivery priorities across the team.
• Ensure consistent progress, efficiency and compliance to required standards.
• Track and manage cost of delivery, identifying efficiency gains.
