Job summary

Vialto Partners seeks an experienced Manager to join the International Business Travel & Remote Work team in London. You will work with multinational clients to identify, manage and mitigate compliance risks from remote work, combining technical knowledge with client relationship management and project delivery.

The role includes maintaining a global employment tax database, updating content across 100+ countries, and coaching junior team members as part of a growing, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal tax, payroll, global mobility, or social security for international remote work.
• Preferred experience with technical databases, content libraries, or compliance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international remote work compliance engagements.
• Deliver practical advice related to international remote work compliance obligations.
• Coordinate content with global offices to update tax, payroll and social security rules.
• Review technical content for accuracy and consistency; ensure alignment with sources.
• Maintain version control and audit trails; support process improvements.
