Job summary

EY seeks a Global Microsoft Alliance Marketplace & Resale Manager to define and manage EY’s resale and marketplace capabilities. The role focuses on CSP governance, marketplace listings, and cross-regional enablement, partnering with global leads and risk/legal/finance teams.

You will drive scalable processes, governance, and outcomes across regions, with travel to coordinate with EY teams and Microsoft stakeholders. Strong CSP marketplace experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience transacting through or managing solutions on a commercial marketplace, Microsoft Marketplace preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft CSP (Indirect CSP) licensing, commercial structures and transactions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Partner Center in enablement and management of Resale/Marketplace.
• Strong risk management, legal contracting and independence considerations in a professional services/tech environment.
• Ability to design scalable processes, frameworks and governance for global execution.
• Proven ability to work across complex, global organizations influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication to simplify complex commercial constructs and enable account teams.
• Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage EY’s global Microsoft resale operating model and CSP governance.
• Own EY’s Microsoft Marketplace capability including lifecycle, governance and go-to-market priorities.
• Enable EY teams to execute resale and marketplace transactions with clear guidance and oversight.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Independence and Finance to ensure compliance and contractual alignment.
• Design repeatable processes, frameworks and playbooks for marketplace execution.
• Support evolution of Microsoft commercial models including readiness for Direct CSP and scaling marketplace solutions.
