Job summary

UCB is seeking a Global Medical Head - Integrated Evidence Generation to drive the development and execution of the integrated evidence plan for designated medicines globally. You will partner with medical, access, clinical and RWE leaders to deliver robust evidence and maximize patient value, across geographies.

The role is based in Slough, UK, with a hybrid work model supporting collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering integrated evidence generation strategies.
• Experience at regional/global level in evidence planning and execution.
• Strong data interpretation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with RWE and observational studies in pharma.
• Ability to translate science into clinical and business value.
• Experience with external stakeholder collaborations in medical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic overview for asset evidence plans, identifying gaps and priorities.
• Develops and maintains the asset evidence generation plan aligned to strategy.
• Partners with internal/external stakeholders to identify evidence opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversees cross-functional plan alignment and communicates key decisions.
• Develops budget for evidence generation and ensures timely delivery of plans.
• Monitors KPIs and tracks progress of evidence generation efforts.
• Leads prioritization of Post Hoc analyses and ensures timely delivery.
