Job summary

UCB is seeking a Global Access Strategy Head to shape pricing, payer evidence and health policy across the product lifecycle. Based in Brussels or Slough, you will partner with global teams to maximize asset value for patients and healthcare systems.

You will lead the development of pricing strategies, HTA insights and global value dossiers, while aligning regional plans and ensuring launch readiness with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Economics or related field.
Experience developing Global Pricing, Reimbursement or Market Access strategies in pharma/healthcare.
Strong understanding of international healthcare systems and HTA processes.
Experience with U.S. payer landscape and integrating insights into global asset strategies.
Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Access, Pricing, Payer Evidence and Healthcare Policy strategies for the asset across development and launch phases.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Payer perspectives into asset strategy, evidence generation and lifecycle planning.
Lead and coordinate a Global Payer Community, aligning priorities and strategic deliverables.
Oversee payer research, market insights and health technology assessment activities to support informed decision-making.
Drive development of pricing strategies, value narratives, health economic evidence and global value dossiers.
Support launch readiness by translating global payer strategies into actionable guidance for regional and local teams.
