Collinson is seeking an Assistance Coordinator to manage medical assistance cases across the globe. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide practical support, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and schemes.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to work within strict procedures and FCA-aligned guidelines. You will join a 37.5-hour week roster, with shift patterns across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays.
