Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior media technology or content supply chain roles.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendor deliverables and SLAs, including commercial and delivery performance tracking.
• Experience tracking and managing projects/tasks across internal teams and external vendors.
• Comfortable running milestone- and priority-driven delivery approaches.
• Interface between Operations and Technology, converting requirements into actionable work.
• High degree of technical literacy and hands-on troubleshooting.
• AI-literate with a build-to-automate mentality to remove repetitive work.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and integrations in media/content supply chains.
• Experience with service/run operations: incident, release, QA.
• Strong stakeholder management with vendors and internal teams.
• Commercial acumen for negotiating vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Programme management framework applied pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery performance of vendors across the Media Supply Chain and track deliverables against SLAs.
• Coordinate incidents, releases, testing and acceptance, and backlog prioritisation with internal and vendor teams.
• Maintain the operational Jira estate and ensure visibility of all work across stakeholders.
• Act as central coordinator between Media Operations and Technology for issues and work requests.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and drive automation/AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to regular vendor governance and review forums.
