Publicis Media invites a motivated Junior Controller to join Global Media HQ Finance in London. Reporting to Global Media Finance Manager, you will own broad international scope, from entity controlling to cost management and business partnering.

This hands-on role involves monthly reporting, forward-looking analysis and close collaboration with finance and operations across the group. You will help improve forecasting, controls and provide clear insight to enable stronger decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial controlling, audit or accounting.
• Hands-on experience in management reporting, forecasting, P&L analysis and closing reconciliation.
• Experience in complex, international or multi-stakeholder environment.
• Exposure to intercompany transactions, cost recharges and varying seniority levels.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts for Global Media HQ units, covering operating costs and recharges.
• Manage month-end activities, including journal entries, P&L updates and reporting schedules.
• Partner with HR and Payroll on headcount and salary reconciliations, including joiners/leavers/transfers.
• Monitor purchase orders, invoices and intercompany transactions and support timely billing and cost recognition.
