• Significant progressive experience in finance within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Experience in client/production finance in an agency or corporate setting is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for an assigned client portfolio.
• Act as senior finance partner to client leads, aligning finance with operations.
• Lead revenue forecasting, profitability reviews, and cost management across the portfolio.
• Oversee MSA/SOW governance, rate cards, and contractual terms with clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, including AI-enabled analytics.
