Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Senior Director of Global Master Data Management to lead a multinational team and shape the enterprise data strategy. You will own the MDM vision, governance, and operating model to ensure trusted data across machine, customer, vendor, and financial domains.

You will partner with executive teams to define roadmaps, drive data quality initiatives, and enable data-driven growth across regions and product portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, computer science, business administration, supply chain, finance, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred and professional certifications in data management, governance, or program leadership are a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in MDM, data governance, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership of global, matrixed teams and enterprise data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise MDM vision, strategy, and operating model for Costa Coffee.
• Establish multi-year roadmap aligning data capabilities to growth and transformation priorities.
• Lead governance, stewardship, policies, and controls across master data domains.
• Oversee global MDM operations, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with platform owners to drive MDM technology strategy and modernization.
• Manage external vendors, partners, and outsourcing for data services.
• Foster data-driven culture and executive sponsorship across functions.
