Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Costa Coffee Global Master Data Management, to lead an 8-person team within the Global Master Data Management function. This role defines the global MDM strategy, governance, and operating model to ensure trusted master data across machine, customer, vendor, cost center, pricing, and related domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field with strong data governance foundation.
• Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in data management leadership.
• Certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Delivery, or Program Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Costa Coffee's enterprise Master Data Management vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Establish governance frameworks, stewardship models, policies, standards, and controls across master data domains.
• Lead global master data operations ensuring timely, complete, accurate, and trusted data for business users and downstream systems.
• Drive platform strategy and modernization of MDM technologies, enabling scalable data access and analytics.
• Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships; oversee outsourcing and service delivery outcomes.
• Set enterprise data quality objectives, monitor KPIs, and foster data-driven decision making.
