Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Master Data Lead to establish, embed, and evolve our global MDM capability for Finance and Product. The role leads governance, quality, and management of master data across the organisation while managing a team of MDM Analysts.

You will drive data quality, define policies, and collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and partners to enable ERP and business transformations with robust governance and training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global MDM and data governance efforts.
• Proven ability to drive data quality improvements across systems.
• Leadership of a small MDM analyst team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global expert for Finance and Product master data governance, standards, and processes.
• Lead and develop a team of two MDM Analysts.
• Drive data quality improvements and ensure master data integrity across business systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT, and third-party providers to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Develop and enforce MDM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, implementing solutions to address risks and opportunities.
• Support ERP and business transformation initiatives through MDM leadership and expertise.
• Create and maintain process documentation and deliver training to users and stakeholders.
