Job summary

Rotork is establishing a global Master Data Management function to support our ERP transformation and improve data quality. We are seeking an experienced MDM Lead - Customer & Supplier to govern, standardise and drive continuous improvement across master data.

You will lead governance, partner with IT and business stakeholders, manage third-party data providers and mentor MDM Analysts. This FTC until December 2027 offers hybrid working and exposure to international operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Master Data Management or data governance.
• Strong understanding of customer and supplier master data within ERP environments.
• Proven ability to lead governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with outsourced data providers and managing performance.

Responsibilities

Rotork is establishing a new global Master Data Management (MDM) function to support our ERP transformation and enhance data quality across the business. We're seeking an experienced MDM Lead - Customer & Supplier to drive governance, standards and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.

This role will act as the global subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT teams and third-party service providers to ensure master data is accurate, reliable and supports operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.
• Develop and embed MDM processes, standards and best practices across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data quality and process improvements.
