Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is representing a leading European home and lifestyle business seeking a Marketplace Manager for Europe & UK. Based in Stockport with hybrid work (3 days in the office), you will own commercial performance across UK and European marketplaces and drive growth plans.

Reporting to Head of Ecommerce, you'll manage budgets, pricing, promotions and stock, identify new partners and territories, and lead negotiations to deliver successful launches across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce marketplaces or online retail.
• Strong ownership of sales and margins.
• Experience growing channels and launching new marketplaces or territories.
• Strong analytical and trading capabilities.
• Understanding pricing, promotions, assortment, conversion and stock.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance across UK and European marketplaces.
• Develop and deliver marketplace growth plans.
• Identify and launch new marketplace partners and territories.
• Build market-specific assortments and trading strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, promotions and stock performance.
• Analyse customer, competitor and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and onboarding with new partners.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver successful launches and scalable marketplace processes.
